All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns at this time. Please double check your order details, including size, color, and shipping information, before completing your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review/solve the issue.

Defective or Damaged Items Policy:

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process your request, please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Claims submitted without photo evidence may not be approved. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement item at no additional cost. Items damaged due to improper care, normal wear and tear, or incorrect sizing selection are not considered defects. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the above conditions.
